Boston Brown Bread

I have to write a paper for my bread class on Boston brown bread. This is a steamed bread(for three hours in a coffee can!) with molasses, rye, and raisins. It sounds fairly easy, but like all breads will take some time. Purists traditionally(according to one site) cut the bread with a string, not a knife and often accompanies Boston baked Beans. I have to write about it, then give a small presentation on it, then feed the bread to the class. I forgot that schools require writing papers.
