Cookies, cookies and more cookies 9-5-07

Over the course of the past two days I have made 7 varieties of cookies. Whoa. Mass production has started! Yesterday we conquered chocolate chip, peanut butter and brysselkex. Today we moved on to more advanced cookies including: Strassburger, almond biscotti, lizter, and almond macaroons. We only had slight trouble with the macaroons, they were slightly under baked and spread a tad too much. All of the cookies with silly names are often seen around the holidays. I am personally not a huge biscotti fan, but I’ve been told they had a good flavor. The cookies were all a hit with Andrew, he doesn’t discriminate.
